Attended in 93. Never again, thanks anyway. I was on a 38 Chief, had a FACTORY 28 Scout hillclimber in the truck, and still got treated as if I didn't belong there. Did not take my club colors, I knew that they are frowned upon at most of the rallies anymore. Having been treated poorly by the crowd of HD owners who thought they were rough and tumble bikers, it just isn't worth it to me to go through it again. Indian came out two years before HD, had the first production twin that worked well, and if they aren't welcome, I know my rice bike wouldn't be either.
To all who are going, have fun, stay safe. I sent the names of two of my riding brothers to the wall in the Broke Spoke up there. Someone let me know after the Rally if Chris Benson and Danni Lee Austin are on it.
